3. Orders & Pre-orders
All orders are processed through our secure Shopify checkout system.
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we have received it. Your order is only accepted once we dispatch the items.
We sometimes offer pre-orders for upcoming product launches. Pre-orders are subject to change.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of order, including pre-orders.
Dispatch dates are estimates and may change. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you and you can choose to wait or receive a refund.
All products are offered subject to availability, and we may limit stock or withdraw items at any time without notice. In some cases, we may have to cancel an order before dispatch (e.g. stock issues or payment problems). If that happens, we’ll refund you in full.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT (if applicable).
Prices may be updated at any time. If a pricing error appears on the site, we may correct it and cancel any orders made at the incorrect price.
